Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

Asurepoint ("Asurepoint," "we," "us") is a licensed insurance agency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We take the privacy of our clients seriously — much of what we handle relates to your health coverage, and we treat it accordingly.

Information we collect

When you work with us we may collect: contact details (name, phone number, email, mailing address); information needed to quote and service insurance coverage (date of birth, Medicare information, current coverage, prescriptions and providers you ask us to check); records of our communications with you, including recorded phone calls where permitted by law; and basic website usage information.

How we use it

We use your information to quote, enroll, and service insurance coverage you request; to schedule and confirm appointments; to respond to your questions; to meet legal, regulatory, and carrier requirements; and to keep records of consent and communications as required of a licensed agency.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages such as appointment reminders and confirmations, updates about your policy or enrollment, and links to documents you request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to serve you: with insurance carriers to quote, submit, and service the coverage you request; with service providers who help us operate (for example, our telephone and secure records systems), bound to use it only on our behalf; and where required by law, regulation, or a carrier or CMS compliance obligation.

Security & retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, and we retain records for as long as required to service your coverage and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, including records of your communications and consent.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask us what contact information we have for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to limit how we contact you, by using the contact information below.
