This is the back-office platform we built to run our own Medicare agency — commissions, dialer, retention, contracting and training. You run it under your own name, on your own domain, with your data in your own database.
Built inside a working agency and run on its floor every day. Bring your ugliest spreadsheet.
Three jobs an agency owner never gets a full night’s sleep over: keeping the book you already earned, working the floor hard enough to grow it, and knowing to the dollar what you got paid. Everything below serves one of those three.
Set the mix — W-2 desks, 1099 LOA producers, independents on their own contracts — and watch each one pay differently. Every dollar the floor writes, what your agents take home, what the leads cost, and what is left for the agency.
Your logo, colors, favicon and phone-app icon. Client-facing quote and payment pages wear your name, not ours.
Run it at portal.youragency.com with SSL handled. Or start on a subdomain and move later.
Instance-per-agency isolation. Your book never shares a table with another agency’s.
Your own telephony subaccount, your numbers, your caller ID, your message registration.
Provisioning is a script, not a project. A setup checklist walks your owner through brand, team, statements, clients and phones — and checks itself off.
These are the four questions every agency owner asks in the first meeting: can your staff see our money, can we get our data out, who’s been in our portal, and is our consent defensible. Each one has a button.
Fair question, and the honest answer is that the software business only works if you grow. You are a customer, not a downline. Your roster, your book and your carrier relationships are yours — we don’t recruit from them, we don’t market to them, and we don’t see them.
All three are written into the agreement, not just the website. Ask for the non-solicitation and data-ownership clauses before you sign anything — we’ll send them ahead of the call.
Every feature exists because our own agents asked for it first. The platform runs Asurepoint’s floor daily — the same dialer, the same statement importer, the same radar your agency would use.
Per seat, per month, plus whichever modules you turn on — commissions, dialer and texting, AI assist, carrier desks. No implementation fee, no percentage of your commissions, no long-term contract. We’ll price your exact seat count and module mix on the call rather than guessing at it here.
Provisioning your instance takes about thirty minutes and it’s a script, not a project. Getting your data in is the real work: a client CSV import, then your carrier statements. Most agencies are running their floor on it inside a week and have their commission history loaded within the first statement cycle.
Not on day one. Plenty of agencies start with commissions and retention while their CRM stays where it is, then consolidate once the floor is comfortable. The dialer and client records are modules, not prerequisites.
You export it and you go. Every core table comes out as CSV from a button inside your own portal, any time, without a support ticket. Your book was never ours to hold.
Most do on the first try. Carriers each have their own format and we’ve built presets for the ones our own agency writes. If yours isn’t recognized it goes to a quarantine inbox rather than silently mis-posting, and we add the format — every new carrier an agency brings makes the importer better for everyone.
No. Agents see their own production and their own numbers; agency-wide dollar totals are owner-only. You don’t have to take our word for it — Settings has a role audit that signs in as a real agent and as a stranger, knocks on every money page, and shows you the result.
Not a slide deck — a working portal with a real book in it. Bring your ugliest spreadsheet and we’ll import it on the call.
